1、Five cutters at the either side of the cutting bridge and
alternatively as standby each other.
2、The size or dimension between each cutter is
set with the finger-touch-screen, automatically positioning.
3、The glass sheet offset can be independently set for each side
and automatically offsetting.
4、There are many ways of switching over with the cutters in
up and down stream and it can ensure the cutting line of lateral
cutting machine to cross the switching-over point when switching.
5、The cutting head can be lifted up and dropped down by means
of assorting ribbon width detecting device when there is breakage
with the glass.
6、Using high precise servo motor and speed reducer (gear box),
automatically zero-resetting, high accuracy and high speed positioning.
7、Lifting and dropping of the cutting catridge is driven by
electricity. The cutting head, however, is operated by means
of electromagnetism so as to ensure accuracy of switching over.
8、The system retains function of network linking. Locations
for edge-trimming and snapping as well as longitudinal cheveron
can be automatically adjusted as per the cutting trace on glass
edge.
