Brief Introduction
Tucheng Glass Technology Co.,Ltd. is a private
enterprise of high technology consisting of designing, manufacturing
and scientivic researching as well as developing and has been recognized
as a "Hight & New" technological enterprise of Hebei
province in 2003. Since its establishment, equipment or machinery
including flat and bending glass tempering furnaces, automatic control
system for sections of furnace, tin bath, annealing lehr and cold
end as well as cold end equipment for the float glass production line
including fully automatic top rollers of suspended and console type,
vertical & horizontal glass stacking machine of jumbo and medium
size, and on-line glass cutting systems equipped with detection system
of ribbon width and glass breakage, glass length signal sending device
and so forth used for a float glass production line have been successfully
and successively developed and manufactured. Of which, cuting accuracy
of the lateral and longitudinal cutting machines come up to advanced
world standard; The glass horizontal stacking machine of jumbo and
medium sizes have filled in the provincial gap. The above equipment
retain the common features of superiority in performance, reliability
in operation with hight automation and easy and convenience in both
operation and maintenance, conciliating a very satisfactory economic
profit for the customers. Some equipment have been exported to contries
like Ukraine, Iran, India, South Korea and Japan etc. making a substantial
contribution to China's glass industry dashing to the global world.
